How do you move forward? Surprisingly enough, the first step is to look back and reflect on past events and relationships, and what you have carried forward. Awareness of patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that self-sabotage can help you shift and move forward with confidence.
Identifying what is foundationally most important to you, will give you a filter to help pre-frame your future (no worries if you aren't sure what "pre-frame your future" means ... we are going to make it super clear!)
Do you know that you are plan A, there is no plan B? You'll see how discovering your unique skills and talents, that you already have I might add, will help you to begin to gain that clarity without the burn out and overwhelm. (Sounds incredible, right?)
This is where you get to own it! Now that you have begun to discover you again, you get to choose to live in alignment with who you were designed to be, or keep trying to please everyone else. (Hint: people pleasing is short lived and is never authentic).
This is where it all comes together and you discover what is next and what your authentic purpose looks like. The clarity will build the confidence.

As an empty nester with a blended family, a Grandma, and an entrepreneur for over 27 years, I have had all the inner conflict trying to be who I thought I should be, and too often who I thought others wanted me to be.
